9 марта стало известно, что Банк России принял решение выдать лицензию профессионального участника рынка ценных бумаг на осуществление деятельности форекс-дилера Обществу с ограниченной ответственностью «Фикс Трейд» (г. Калининград). Напомним, что ООО «Фикс Трейд» является российским подразделением компании InstaForex. Это уже вторая попытка InstaForex легализоваться в России. В июле прошлого года в получении лицензии ООО «Фикс Трейд» было отказано.

Таким образом, на сегодняшний момент семь компаний получили право на оказание оказание услуг форекс-дилера на территории Российской Федерации:

ООО «Финам Форекс»,
ООО «Трастфорекс»,
ООО «ВТБ-24 Форекс»,
ООО «Форекс Клуб».
ООО «Альпари Форекс»
ООО «Фикс Трейд»
На рассмотрении в ЦБР по-прежнему остаются документы еще одной компании - Промсвязьбанк.

Однако, не смотря на выданные ЦБР лицензии, ни один из свежеиспеченных форекс-дилеров не может начать в России полноценную работу из-за невозможности выполнить все требования лицензирующего органа. Впрочем, основная масса российских трейдеров работает в офшорный форекс-компаниях и маловероятно, что их привлекут ущербные торговые условия, которые могут предложить российские форекс-дилеры. Получение лицензии в РФ для форекс-брокеров в большей степени является имиджевым фактором и дает право на легальную рекламу своих услуг в Российской Федерации.
